CANCELLATION POLICY


I would respectfully draw your attention to our cancellation policy:


Failure to keep your scheduled appointments at Wags hinders my ability to provide the best service to my customers. I ask that you kindly show me and other customers consideration by calling at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you are unable to attend. If less than 24 hours notice is given then a cancellation fee of 100% of your appointment cost will be charged unless in exceptional circumstances. Equally if you are running late or have a last minute emergency, please also let me know. If you are running especially late, we may have to reschedule depending on the next customer’s arrival time. PLEASE NOTE THAT NON-ATTENDANCE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF 100% OF YOUR APPOINTMENT COST.
